Every Spaltemp unit that we manufacture is designed according to the
customer's specific application. Regardless of the process
complexity or unit size, each application is reviewed and checked
for correct sizing. Our quotation response time is "second to none"

to depend on.The Spaltemp
series of oil circulating temperature control units are available in
a wide range of sizes from very small portable units to large skid
mounted systems. All oil systems are offered with heating
capabilities and an optional built in heat exchanger for

We offer four general types of oil
systems:
5000 SERIES COMPACT OIL UNIT
The Spaltemp Series 5000 Compact Oil Unit is a versatile temperature
control unit with a convenient compact design. The compact units are
available with pump sizes up to 2 hp and heater sizes from 6 kW
through 16 kW. These units are ideal for processing temperatures up
to 400F (optional 550F).

5000 SERIES MID-SIZE OIL UNIT
The Spaltemp Series 5000 Mid-Size Oil Unit offers the same quality
and efficiency of the compact model but for larger processing
capacities and temperatures up to 550F. The mid-size units are
available with pump sizes up to 2 hp and heater sizes from 12 kW
through 24 kW.
5000 SERIES FULL-SIZE OIL UNIT
The Spaltemp Series 5000 High Capacity Oil Unit is designed for
applications that require higher rates of heat transfer. The high
capacity units are available with pump sizes from 3/4 hp through 5
hp and heater sizes from 12 kW through 80 kW. These units are ideal
for processing temperatures up to 550F.

SKID MOUNT OIL SYSTEMS
We offer the Spaltemp Skid Mount Oil Systems for your most demanding
temperature control applications. These steel frame mounted systems
are designed with electric or natural gas fired heat sources and are
available in single or multi-zone models. With pump sizes from 5 hp
and heater sizes from 96 kW through 800 kW, each skid mount system
is specifically designed to meet your process requirements. These
units are ideal for processing temperatures from 550F to 650F.
